At times, it is easy to figure out how one is feeling at the moment. You can tell by their face expression, behavior, or their response. However, most of the time, it is hard to tell what the other person is thinking or feeling about something because he or she might be hiding their feelings and keeping it all to themselves inside. It is also hard to describe certain feelings with words, because they are too strong.

I never knew that there was a symbol for empathy. Thank you for calling my attention to it.
Juxtaposing the image for empathy with your observation that "[i]t is also hard to describe certain feelings with words, because they are too strong" is deep.
